- Silverside was cooked over the day in an amazing crock pot
- the potatoes have a lovely yellowness; butter!
- be taken aback by the last moment mystifying addition provided by Chris: peas
- pictured but not prominent, is the mustard sauce. A finely crafted mustard sauce
- all Willem did was drain the meat and steal the resulting juice (could the juice possibly be seen in a future post?)
