Notes:
  • Silverside was cooked over the day in an amazing crock pot
  • the potatoes have a lovely yellowness; butter!
  • be taken aback by the last moment mystifying addition provided by Chris: peas
  • pictured but not prominent, is the mustard sauce. A finely crafted mustard sauce
  • all Willem did was drain the meat and steal the resulting juice (could the juice possibly be seen in a future post?)
Verdict:

props to Heidi for a fantastic Sunday-esque meal on a Wednesday night
